We collect only what you choose to send us, with a note of how you found the site, and we use it to reply to you. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who we are

This site is run by Artdeco Interiors, an interior design studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how the details you send through this site are used, and we are responsible for them.

What we collect and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, project location, the service you are interested in and a description of your space. We need every field to reply properly. If you would rather not fill them in, you can message us on WhatsApp instead.

Please don't include health details or other sensitive information in your description. We don't need them to reply.

With your enquiry, the site also records the page you sent it from, the first page you visited and any campaign tags in that page's address (UTM parameters). Your browser holds these for the visit only, and they are saved with your enquiry when you send it.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to take the steps you ask for before any agreement, such as arranging a call or a visit. We use the page and campaign information to understand how people find us. Where a law relies on legitimate interests instead, ours are answering enquiries and knowing which pages bring them.

To prevent misuse, your IP address is used to limit how many enquiries can be sent in a short time. It is not saved with your enquiry.

The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that keeps automated spam out and usually needs nothing from you. It runs in a frame loaded from Cloudflare (challenges.cloudflare.com) and looks at technical signals such as your IP address and your browser and device, not at what you type in the form. Cloudflare processes these signals for us, and also uses them to improve its bot detection, as its Turnstile privacy policy describes. The result of the check is not saved with your enquiry.

When you send the form, we email you a short confirmation. We don't send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who handles it, and where

Your enquiry is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and sent to our email inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. Our inbox is hosted by AEserver in the United Arab Emirates. These companies act on our instructions under their data processing terms and do not use your details for their own purposes.

Cloudflare and Resend are US companies that process data in several countries, including in Europe and the United States. This means your details are processed outside the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. We rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms for this.

The site is only served over an encrypted connection, and only the Artdeco team and the people who run the site for us can see your enquiry. We do not publish your enquiry, sell your details or pass them to advertisers or analytics tools.

How long we keep it

Enquiries in our enquiry log are deleted automatically 24 months after we receive them.

Copies in our email are kept only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry. If your enquiry becomes a project, we keep what we need for that project and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages and websites visitors come from. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not identify you and does not follow you across sites. It never receives what you write in the enquiry form.

This site sets no cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is the page and campaign information described above, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Like any website host, Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the site, including IP addresses, to keep it secure and working.

WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, your WhatsApp name and what you send, and we use them to reply to you. WhatsApp, a Meta company, handles the conversation under its own terms and privacy policy.

We only message you on WhatsApp about your enquiry, or if you have asked us to keep in touch. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you and for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it, and object to any marketing. If you gave us permission for something, you can withdraw it at any time.

Write to contact@artdecodesigns.ae. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to reply within six working days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live: in the United Arab Emirates, the federal authority responsible for personal data protection; in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA); in Egypt, the Personal Data Protection Center.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this notice and the date at the top of this page.
